However, if you feel the service you purchased are not the best fit for your requirements and you attempted to resolve issues with our support staff, we want to make things right.

Although we’d love to know where things went wrong, or how we can improve, follow the steps below for a full refund within 2 days of your date of purchase, if you don’t take our (TEST TRIAL) then you are eligible for full refund within 2 days of your date of purchase. But, if you have already tested our 24 hours trial then no refund on any IPTV subscription. if the 2 days of your subscription has been passed and you have a problem you can contact us any time via our Live Chat support on our website or via Email to fix your problem.

Once you requested a refund you can’t subscribe again to our service at any time in the future.
